The hotel is conveniently located at the esplanade with shopping amenities and the cruise terminal within a short walking distance. The rooms are clean, well stocked, and large, although they weren't very friendly for older adults. The air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms was a plus.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious with stunning views of the Cairns harbor, but I did notice some mold in and around them. The high-up location felt very secure with fob access, although I do think they need a new ironing board. The service was top-notch, they had everything we needed and even organized a late check-out for us. The location was perfect, close to amazing restaurants, a kid's playground, the lagoon, and the marina, offering both sunrise and sunset views. The dining experience with homemade cakes was a lovely touch. However, the property requires some maintenance work like window cleaning. Overall, a great place to stay in Cairns!
The hotel is wonderfully located on the 7th floor at the marina end of the building, offering excellent cross ventilation. The room was clean, modern, and met all our expectations perfectly. However, the noisy rain on the installed middle window hindered the view and was bothersome.
